Avoid Mushy Fruits: Fruits that are too ripe or can go mushy easily like kiwi etc. should be avoided in the fruit salad as they impact the overall texture of your salad. Either add them to your salad just before consuming or have them whole separately.

Ingredients:

Mangoes   2-peeled and sliced
Blueberries300 grams
Strawberries500 grams – sliced
Kiwis3 – peeled and sliced
Grapes1 cup – halved
Pineapple250 grams – peeled and diced

For Dressing:

Honey – 3 tablespoons

Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon

Pineapple Juice – 1 table spoon

Preparation:

Place all your properly diced and sliced fruits carefully into a mixing bowl and toss them a bit.

Next, mix the honey, lime juice and pineapple juice together in a separate measuring jug and pour this dressing over your fruit salad.

Mix it with help of spatulas very gently or just toss it until well combined.
